Introduction

These Payment Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with RobocodeUK, located at 26 Haslucks Green Road, Shirley, B90 2EL. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Course Fees

All course fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis. The fees for each course are as follows:

Discounts

Discounts are applied as per the number of courses or siblings enrolled:

  • 2 Courses: 10% discount
  • 3 Courses: 15% discount
  • 4 Courses: 20% discount
  • Discounts apply to the total monthly fee and cannot be combined with other offers.

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or through our online payment portal.
  • All payments must be made in GBP.

Late Payments

  • Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
  • If payment is not received within two weeks of the due date, the student’s enrolment will be suspended until the payment is made.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel enrolment, a written notice must be provided at least 7 days in advance.
  • If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle, the full monthly fee will still be charged.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for missed classes or partial attendance.
  • In the case of a course cancellation by RobocodeUK, a full refund for that month will be issued.

Changes to Terms

RobocodeUK reserves the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students and will take effect in the next billing cycle.
